Who at #NotesApp can see your email and phone

Our staff see only what their job needs. In our admin pages your email address and phone number are hidden by default (for example a•••i@gmail.com and ••• ••• 4567). Customer care, finance and the few others who may need one to help you must give a reason to show it, such as replying to your message, a refund or delivering an order. Every time, we record who looked, when and why, and the founder and our legal team review that record.

Bank account numbers for payouts are stored encrypted, and staff see only the last four digits. Read the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
