We had one customer trust our platform so much she wanted to buy our biggest ad slot, not wanted to but actually bought .

My team and I had to deliberate; between accepting and running ads to increase users so she too will get reasonable returns on her ads, and option of declining ... we chose to decline and suggest lower tier.

Now I ask, did we take the right decision? Considering that one sale is bigger than all our revenue since inception.
