Inventory: your stock, SKUs and alerts

Inventory, under My account, keeps your store's stock in one place.

What you see: every physical item, and every option of an item with options (size, colour), with what's left, its SKU and the level at which you want an alert; and at the top, your units in stock, their value at cost, and how many are running low or sold out. Filter to Running low or Sold out, or search by name, option or SKU.

Changing stock: tap Restock or correct on a line. Add a number (or take some off with a minus) or set the count, and pick a reason: restocked, stock count correction, damaged or lost, returned, or other, with a note such as the supplier's invoice. Sales and refunds are recorded on their own. Open an item to set its SKU (and each option's), its cost price (only you see it) and its alert level, and to see its history: every change, when, by whom and what was left after.

Alerts: when a sale takes an item (or an option) to its alert level, or sells it out, you get a notification. Restocking an item that had sold out tells everyone who asked to be told.

Spreadsheet: Download spreadsheet gives you every line (item_id, title, option, sku, stock, low_stock_at, cost_naira, price_naira). Change what you need, then Upload spreadsheet: you see what will change and any rows with problems before anything is saved. Rows are matched by item_id and option, or by SKU.

Who has it: included on Business and Enterprise. On Free Basic and Pro, add it for ₦1,500 a month, after a free 15-day trial (no card, once). An organisation's teammates who run its store, and its admins, can use the organisation's inventory.
