You'll lead trust and safety across journals, Media, lives, communities and Notes Life, working with Legal & compliance on takedowns and with Customer care on members' reports.
What you'll do
- Review reports fairly and consistently against our terms, and decide appeals with someone new
- Act within the hour on any risk to a child or young member
- Find and remove scams, look-alike accounts and fake giving appeals
- Keep the safety playbooks current and train the team
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in trust and safety, content moderation, safeguarding or a related field
- Sound judgement, written down: can explain every decision
- Understands safeguarding for children and teens, and data protection basics
- Lives and works in Nigeria, aged 18 or over, with a NIN and a Nigerian bank account
- Writes short, plain, specific English, and works from a phone or laptop on Nigerian data
